What you will do

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for non-technical roles, including G&A, Operations, Marketing, People, and Finance.
  • Partner directly with the leadership team to define and execute recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing tools to engage passive talent and manage inbound application pipelines.
  • Conduct resume screenings and initial phone interviews to assess candidate alignment with role requirements and company values.
  • Deliver a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience throughout the entire process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within dynamic, fast-growing companies.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily recruiting workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of workstreams and drive decisions independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
