What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and workforce plans for Finance, Operations, Legal, HR, Sales, and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through proactive market research.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Facilitate interview training and drive process improvements across the business.
• Apply data-driven insights to optimize recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and close top-tier talent for senior-level roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on General Business or GTM functions.
• Proven track record of successful, multi-year recruiting results.
• Experience building relationships and partnering with executive leadership.
• Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated record of hiring success.
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings that drive business outcomes.
• Experience contributing to global recruiting projects.
