What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across select Business teams, from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using research, outreach, and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters to share pipeline insights and improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing tools to track candidates and organize workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically hiring for corporate or business roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research and outreach tools.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (Gem).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
  • Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows to improve sourcing and research.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY.
  • In-person office attendance required at least 3 days per week.
