What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles.
  • Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and provide structured assessments to hiring managers.
  • Manage offer preparation and candidate communication through the closing process.
  • Maintain ATS data hygiene and contribute to pipeline reporting for stakeholders.
  • Analyze the fintech and payments talent landscape to identify key competitors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience in Sales or GTM hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills for engaging passive candidates.
  • High level of organization and ATS process discipline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple open requisitions.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales roles.
  • Experience with Ashby.
