Salary: $153,000 - $172,000 (US base salary)

What you will do

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruiting for highly specialized Sales roles across the go-to-market organization.
  • Build and manage high-velocity talent pipelines using a sales-driven approach to sourcing and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a deal team to define strategy, calibrate profiles, and hit aggressive hiring targets.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and conversion data to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting performance.
  • Serve as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing insights on market dynamics and compensation trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with deep expertise in hiring Sales talent in high-growth, technical, or enterprise environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for public sector, defense, financial institutions, crypto, or SaaS markets.
  • Strong outbound sourcing muscle and a demonstrated ability to close passive candidates.
  • Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours for real-time collaboration.
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • AI fluency: Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and solve complex problems.
