What you will do

• Lead the Industrial Engineering team to identify constraints, reduce losses, and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize labor utilization and plant staffing through efficiency studies and workforce planning.
• Establish and maintain engineered standards, time studies, routings, and work center assignments.
• Support capital projects with data-driven analysis and coordinate layout changes for operational effectiveness.
• Partner with plant and regional leadership to provide insights and performance improvement strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading and implementing lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement programs.
• 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within a Union environment.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss Concept, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Lean environments.
• Formal training and experience with Production Systems and developing time studies.
