What you will do

• Implement lean material system strategies to improve flow, reduce waste, and support plant safety and productivity.
• Optimize part presentation methods including kitting, sequencing, and repack strategies.
• Lead Plan for Every Part (PFEP) development and conduct station-by-station reviews.
• Design layouts and space utilization plans for storage and kitting cells using CAD tools.
• Drive labor optimization through work measurement and indirect labor analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable material delivery solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean Material Strategies, or supply chain.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to rotate through all three shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
• No immigration sponsorship provided; must have valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization, or FactoryCAD.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or material automation.
• Strong project and time management skills.
