What you will do

• Assist in establishing lean manufacturing principles within production cells.
• Modify and update manufacturing procedures and process documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and report production process data to drive improvements.
• Support engineering analyses including PFMEA, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering studies, experiments, and pre-production builds.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) required due to government contract requirements.
• 2–3 years of related manufacturing, engineering, or production support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Fishbone Analysis, PFMEA, and DOE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
