What you will do

• Define the GTM strategy, including customer segments, use cases, positioning, and messaging.
• Lead customer discovery through demos and onboarding to understand value drivers.
• Improve activation and adoption by identifying where customers get stuck.
• Build scalable GTM systems for qualification, education, and customer feedback.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate market insights into product priorities.
• Run strategic experiments to measure conversion, activation, and retention.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to handle ambiguous problems.
• High agency and a record of taking responsibility beyond a formal role.
• Excellent customer presence and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Comfort using data to identify patterns and evaluate experiments.
• Strong written communication for turning customer feedback into internal recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience helping launch a new product, business line, or operating process.
• Background in customer-facing software, startups, or operationally complex service businesses.
• Deep experience using AI tools in your own work or helping others adopt new technology.
