TL;DR

Senior Product Strategy Manager (AI): Leading the activation of strategic partnerships and AI-driven product innovation for customer experience within a global enterprise with an accent on product governance and commercialization. Focus on developing comprehensive product roadmaps, establishing PMO frameworks, and driving cross-functional GTM execution to ensure operational readiness.

Location: Must be based in Canada

What you will do

  • Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools from scoping to optimization.
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration among business development, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams.
  • Establish and manage centralized PMO intake processes and governance models for new products.
  • Partner with product marketing to create enablement materials, sales collateral, and onboarding resources.
  • Oversee pilot programs and define success metrics to validate product-market fit and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, program management, or product operations within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading centralized PMO functions and complex cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products or activating strategic partnerships in complex organizational settings.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, customer experience technologies, or contact center solutions.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, automation technologies, or workforce management platforms.
  • Consulting or business transformation experience.
  • Exposure to revenue operations or channel programs.
