What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing for SMB retailers and store chains.
- Conduct high-volume outreach (approx. 50-60 calls per day) via phone, email, and social media.
- Manage and prioritize a lead pipeline using Salesforce.
- Guide potential partners through registration and onboarding on the platform.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure seamless partner handovers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
- Resilience and a mindset focused on overcoming objections and turning "no" into "yes".
- Strong active listening skills and natural curiosity.
- Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle high-volume daily outreach and maintain a healthy pipeline.

- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or hospitality.
