A purpose-driven marketplace app fighting food waste by connecting stores with surplus food to users.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing for SMB retailers and store chains.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (approx. 50-60 calls per day) via phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage and prioritize a lead pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Guide potential partners through registration and onboarding on the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure seamless partner handovers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
  • Resilience and a mindset focused on overcoming objections and turning "no" into "yes".
  • Strong active listening skills and natural curiosity.
  • Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle high-volume daily outreach and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or hospitality.
