What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the ANZ territory to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partner engagement.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning optimization technology to technical and executive decision-makers.
- Execute land-and-expand strategies to identify new use cases within existing enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise account management.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex technical software sales.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand for customer meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency with macOS, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
