TL;DR

Account Executive (ANZ): Driving Gurobi's market expansion across Australia and New Zealand by identifying new business opportunities and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Location: Must be based in Australia or New Zealand with willingness to travel within the region.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the ANZ territory to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partner engagement.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning optimization technology to technical and executive decision-makers.
  • Execute land-and-expand strategies to identify new use cases within existing enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise account management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex technical software sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency with macOS, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Technical or engineering background.
  • Experience engaging with supply chain, manufacturing, or analytics buying centers.
