TL;DR

Partner Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Building and managing a high-trust sales motion with channel partners to generate qualified pipeline for mid-market and enterprise customers with an accent on joint value propositions and account mapping. Focus on running structured discovery, multi-threading priority accounts, and optimizing the partner-led lead generation process.

Location: Remote/Hybrid in Brisbane or Gold Coast, Australia. Must have Australian work rights.

What you will do

  • Co-create joint value propositions (JVP), GTM messaging, and campaigns with partner sales leadership.
  • Lead weekly account mapping and run prospecting blitz days and roundtable events.
  • Execute structured discovery calls based on situational fit, challenges, and business impact.
  • Document Value Maps and POVs to ensure a high-quality hand-off to Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partner sellers to become their primary point of contact.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or partner sales, ideally in B2B SaaS or UCaaS.
  • Fluency in structured discovery and qualification without reliance on scripts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach and documentation.
  • Proficiency in navigating Salesforce.
  • Australian work rights and willingness to travel domestically to offices and customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in channel or partner-led sales motions.
  • Exposure to CX, Contact Centre, UCaaS, or CPaaS solutions.
  • Track record of building new territories or partnership motions from scratch.
  • Curiosity and experience using AI in the sales workflow.
