TL;DR

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $75k – $90k base (OTE $125k – $150k)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for new business.
  • Lead consultative discovery with IT, security, and procurement decision-makers to uncover M365 pain points.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline in HubSpot with high forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver tailored demos and proposals demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with SDR, partner, and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Integrate AI tools for qualification, deal analysis, and objection preparation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting quota.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Strong CRM discipline, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Daily fluency in using AI tools within the sales workflow.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environments.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments contributing to the sales playbook.
