Salary: $75k – $90k base (OTE $125k – $150k)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for new business.
- Lead consultative discovery with IT, security, and procurement decision-makers to uncover M365 pain points.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline in HubSpot with high forecast accuracy.
- Deliver tailored demos and proposals demonstrating measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with SDR, partner, and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Integrate AI tools for qualification, deal analysis, and objection preparation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting quota.
- Expertise in consultative selling and navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong CRM discipline, preferably with HubSpot.
- Daily fluency in using AI tools within the sales workflow.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environments.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments contributing to the sales playbook.
