Salary: $118.5K – $140K + Equity & Commission

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for net-new and expansion opportunities with life insurance carriers.
  • Prospect and qualify pipelines with business leaders across distribution, product, and technology functions.
  • Position the platform through value-based selling, ROI framing, and business case development.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations and coordinate with Sales Engineering for complex opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed individual quotas for new logo and expansion revenue.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying experience in Enterprise SaaS, Insurtech, or technology sold to insurance carriers.
  • Insurance industry experience is REQUIRED (life insurance ideal, P&C relevant).
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business.
  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales with multiple decision-makers across business and IT.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
