Salary: $118.5K – $140K + Equity & Commission

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for net-new and expansion opportunities with life insurance carriers.
- Prospect and qualify pipelines with business leaders across distribution, product, and technology functions.
- Position the platform through value-based selling, ROI framing, and business case development.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and coordinate with Sales Engineering for complex opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Meet or exceed individual quotas for new logo and expansion revenue.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying experience in Enterprise SaaS, Insurtech, or technology sold to insurance carriers.
- Insurance industry experience is REQUIRED (life insurance ideal, P&C relevant).
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business.
- Experience navigating complex B2B sales with multiple decision-makers across business and IT.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
