What you will do
- Define the regional strategy for identifying, prioritizing, and converting custom silicon opportunities across target segments.
- Establish executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at hyper-scalers, OEMs, and automotive companies.
- Lead complex deal strategies, including customer discovery, commercial negotiation, and business case development.
- Collaborate with internal partners to shape competitive, scalable, and profitable custom solutions.
- Maintain a disciplined regional opportunity pipeline and forecast accuracy model.
- Provide market ligence and customer feedback to influence internal strategic planning and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Must live and work from the United Kingdom.
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, or complex silicon solution sales.
- Strong business development experience working with foundries and custom silicon houses.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven success managing long-cycle, highly technical, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Direct experience in custom ASIC, semi-custom silicon, or foundry services commercialization models.
- Experience working with hyperscale, cloud, data center, or high-performance computing executives.
- Deep understanding of NRE structures, wafer supply, packaging, and yield.
