What you will do

  • Define the regional strategy for identifying, prioritizing, and converting custom silicon opportunities across target segments.
  • Establish executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at hyper-scalers, OEMs, and automotive companies.
  • Lead complex deal strategies, including customer discovery, commercial negotiation, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to shape competitive, scalable, and profitable custom solutions.
  • Maintain a disciplined regional opportunity pipeline and forecast accuracy model.
  • Provide market hirify.globalligence and customer feedback to influence internal strategic planning and product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Must live and work from the United Kingdom.
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, or complex silicon solution sales.
  • Strong business development experience working with foundries and custom silicon houses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven success managing long-cycle, highly technical, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Direct experience in custom ASIC, semi-custom silicon, or foundry services commercialization models.
  • Experience working with hyperscale, cloud, data center, or high-performance computing executives.
  • Deep understanding of NRE structures, wafer supply, packaging, and yield.
