What you will do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of core internal platforms, from rollout to continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into prioritized product backlogs and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Customer teams to streamline processes.
• Design and implement adoption strategies, including training and communication plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data, and external partners to deploy new capabilities.
• Capture user feedback and drive iterative enhancements based on business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or similar SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving user adoption and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Miami area.
