Product Manager

Location: Hybrid work in the Miami area, with on-site work initially

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of core internal technology platforms, from rollout through continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Customer stakeholders to gather requirements and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into prioritised product backlogs, delivery plans, use cases, user stories, and process maps.
• Drive platform adoption through training, communication, and organisational change initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data, and external partners to deploy new capabilities.
• Capture user feedback and prioritise enhancements that deliver measurable operational and commercial value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or similar SaaS products.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, business analysis, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience driving user adoption and organisational change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and Agile delivery.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in business language, with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
