Product Manager - Client Product

Location: Remote; the role is associated with U.S. employment requirements and geographic compensation regions.

Salary: $132,814–$179,690 per year

What you will do

• Own the long-term product strategy and roadmap within a broader business portfolio.
• Analyze personas, use cases, customer benefits, and value propositions to shape product direction.
• Lead prioritization and sequencing of roadmaps and releases across multiple products.
• Partner with business capability owners, Product Owners, customers, and users to translate needs into tested product hypotheses.
• Track KPIs and ensure product outcomes deliver measurable business value.
• Mentor Product Owners and guide cross-functional product teams through collaboration, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–9 years of relevant business experience, including Product Owner or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of iterative development, software development processes, Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• Excellent organization, communication, facilitation, collaboration, influence, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to understand emerging technologies and trends and apply product management principles across discovery, design, build, release, and measurement.

Nice to have

• Certified Product Manager certification or similar qualification.
• Experience leading projects or large, complex organizational initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, business-unit strategies, and outcome-based product metrics.
• Experience with user interface design, usability practices, Product Management tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Financial management experience administering budgets and evaluating return on investment across multiple products.
