Salary: CA$345,000–CA$395,000 plus equity and commission

What you will do

  • Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold calling to drive revenue and pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and serve as primary contact for largest customers.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex 6- and 7-figure deals, collaborating with legal and finance teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tailored presentations to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Help define and scale the sales motion and go-to-market function in an early-stage team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading products.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Canada with remote work.
  • 8-12+ years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience with managing $1M+ quotas.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing large complex deals.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI industry landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies and sales teams from early stages.
