TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving growth in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment by managing full-cycle sales for an AI analytics platform with an accent on consultative solution-selling and technical stakeholder engagement. Focus on building robust pipelines, leading POCs, and navigating complex multi-year deals within the modern data stack ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid work available for those in San Francisco or Santa Cruz; remote for all other US locations.
Compensation: $270,000 – $320,000 OTE (50/50 split) plus equity.

What you will do
- Drive BI solution-selling to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Manage full-cycle pipeline using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys frameworks.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and workshops for technical buyers.
- Actively invest in Tech & SI partnerships to build top-of-funnel pipeline.
- Develop business cases for renewals and cross-sells while delivering accurate GTM forecasts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience exceeding quotas selling SaaS solutions.
- Expertise in navigating and influencing C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate customer feedback into strategic insights.
- High agency in solving complex business problems and prioritizing revenue opportunities.
Nice to have
- 5-7+ years of experience in the Modern Data Stack (BI, Analytics, ETL).
- Expert understanding of the end-to-end data ecosystem and complex integrations.
- Success within fast-paced, Series A–D environments.
