What you will do
- Lead the Sales Compensation Design process and drive strategic C-level discussions with the CRO, CFO, CPO, and COO.
- Architect compensation metrics tailored for developer-first and AI-native business models, focusing on consumption, adoption, and platform attach.
- Build an internal AI Compensation Design Framework and Application to accelerate plan modeling and payout forecasting.
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to track ROI and move from lagging reporting to predictive measurement of plan effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Product to deploy GTM strategies and manage change.
- Develop a 3-year strategic roadmap for the Sales Compensation Design function.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Sales Compensation Design within a fast-paced tech company or management consulting.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and ability to direct the build of AI-powered internal applications.
- Proven experience influencing C-level executives and owning the decision narrative for Executive Steering Committees.
- Strong analytical skills for architecting metrics for emerging consumption-based business models.
- Bachelor's degree.
