Risk Reporting and Innovation Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; hybrid option in Sunnyvale, California. Occasional travel to Kansas City, San Francisco, New York, or other key hirify.global locations may be required.

Salary: $102,638–$166,031 annually, depending on geographic market, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Own and refine the AI adoption strategy across the Risk organization, developing dashboards, agents, and operational tools.
• Support enterprise risk data warehousing, data access, sanitization, maintenance, and automation.
• Develop capacity planning, OKR tracking, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards across Enterprise Risk teams.
• Sequence and prioritize risk initiatives based on dependencies, resources, regulatory priorities, and available capacity.
• Prepare governance materials for risk committees and coordinate data acquisition and analysis for examinations, audits, and compliance projects.
• Connect Risk, Compliance, data stakeholders, and senior hirify.globalership to align priorities and maintain momentum on high-visibility initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or reporting, ideally in banking, fintech, or Banking-as-a-Service.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Glean.
• Experience building centralized reporting frameworks, KRIs/KPIs, or executive dashboards using data from multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of banking regulations and supervisory guidance, including OCC, Federal Reserve, and FDIC guidance.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including presenting to senior hirify.globalership and committees.
