Corporate Development Manager (AI)

Location: New York City headquarters; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

Salary: $126,500–$203,550 USD cash compensation

What you will do

• Analyze industries, businesses, and acquisition or investment opportunities using strategic, financial, and feasibility frameworks.
• Lead transaction execution and coordinate diligence with product, marketing, finance, legal, people, and other teams.
• Build financial models and apply valuation methodologies to acquisitions and strategic plans.
• Partner with leadership to develop corporate strategy and assess new growth opportunities.
• Improve administrative processes, team capabilities, and visibility for the corporate development function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate development.
• Experience with technology companies and SaaS business models, including SaaS metrics such as ARR, billings, ARPU, and LTV/CAC.
• Interest in and understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in tools for entrepreneurs and SMBs.
• Deep financial modeling skills and the ability to communicate complex financial analysis clearly.
• Experience creating executive-facing presentations and working effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous deal environments.
• Strategic judgment, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
