TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of customers to drive renewal, expansion, and long-term customer value with an accent on retention outcomes and revenue growth. Focus on building expansion pipelines, conducting executive-level business reviews, and mitigating risk in the renewal cycle.

Location: Remote (USA). Not hiring in California or New York metro.

Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own renewal and retention outcomes across a defined book of business.
  • Build and convert expansion pipeline through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead proactive engagement on at-risk accounts and drive the adoption of multi-year agreements.
  • Conduct executive-level business reviews focused on customer outcomes and ROI.
  • Develop account plans for growth and risk mitigation while maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Partner with CSMs, Support, and Product teams to remove blockers and deliver customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in account management, sales, or revenue roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed retention and expansion targets with quota accountability.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to negotiate, position value, and close deals.
  • Experience running executive conversations and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern GTM tools such as ChurnZero or Gong.
  • Must be based in the USA (excluding CA and NY metro) and unable to provide visa sponsorship.
