Location: Remote (USA). Not hiring in California or New York metro.
Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own renewal and retention outcomes across a defined book of business.
- Build and convert expansion pipeline through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead proactive engagement on at-risk accounts and drive the adoption of multi-year agreements.
- Conduct executive-level business reviews focused on customer outcomes and ROI.
- Develop account plans for growth and risk mitigation while maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
- Partner with CSMs, Support, and Product teams to remove blockers and deliver customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in account management, sales, or revenue roles within the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed retention and expansion targets with quota accountability.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to negotiate, position value, and close deals.
- Experience running executive conversations and influencing key decision-makers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern GTM tools such as ChurnZero or Gong.
- Must be based in the USA (excluding CA and NY metro) and unable to provide visa sponsorship.
