What you will do
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Reignite relationships with existing customers, particularly those with low engagement, to align solutions with their needs.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to address gaps and drive long-term retention.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets through proactive account expansion.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
- Experience in B2B sales managing Mid-market clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with VARs or Channel partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
