What you will do

• Partner with Sales to validate value in real customer workflows during the enterprise sales cycle.
• Lead deep discovery with customer stakeholders to understand current processes, systems, and success criteria.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI integration into the customer’s operating model.
• Own the entire deployment process from kickoff through to the achievement of validated outcomes.
• Produce structured artifacts for Product and Engineering, including problem definitions, user journeys, and functional requirements.
• Feed structured customer insights back into the Product team to inform the platform roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR tech
• 3+ years of experience in delivery, implementation, or solutions architecture
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex, multi-system solutions.
• Technical fluency across system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguity into structured thinking and executable requirements.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI-driven products, data platforms, or workflow automation systems.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or systems-of-record.
