What you will do

• Partner with Engineering to translate complex statutory requirements and business rules into scalable platform solutions.
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and go-live readiness while maintaining a single source of truth for stakeholders.
• Lead technical deployment calls with state agency stakeholders, managing scope and trade-off conversations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Support, and Client Operations to ensure clean post-launch handoffs.
• Build playbooks and process improvements to turn bespoke delivery efforts into a repeatable operating model.
• Utilize AI tools daily for documentation, analysis, and planning to maintain a competitive edge in delivery operations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions delivery, or technical program management for B2B SaaS.
• Technical fluency including ability to read API specs, understand SQL, JSON, and application logs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, rule-heavy technical projects and cross-functional dependencies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead technical discussions with government stakeholders.
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools in professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in GovTech, public sector, or DMV/motor vehicle domain.
• Experience with payments, financial reconciliation, or fintech delivery.
• Hands-on experience with low-code automation, scripting, or custom AI agent development.
• Experience standing up delivery operations at a scaling company.
