What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans to align solutions with customer business objectives.
- Lead sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Translate product suite capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI models.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and manage a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- At least 1 year of experience focusing on enterprise or large mid-market accounts.
- Proven success managing long sales cycles and closing high-value, complex deals.
- Experience engaging and selling to senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into enterprise environments.
- Strong track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales forecasting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
