TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving adoption of workplace management software for mid-market companies with an accent on full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing. Focus on consultative selling using MEDDPPICC methodology, managing complex deal cycles, and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Onsite 4 days/week)
Compensation: $180,000–$184,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Actively build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Use MEDDPPICC methodology to uncover business pain and stakeholder influence.
- Develop and test champions to navigate buying committees and accelerate deal cycles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to win business.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasting in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically in mid-market or SMB segments.
- Proven track record of closing $25K–$100K+ ACV deals and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling business outcomes to IT, HR, and operations leaders.
- Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week in San Francisco HQ.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong consultative selling skills and pipeline management discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to compliance, security, HR, or facilities teams.
- Familiarity with buyer profiles in the workplace or commercial real estate industry.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Spanish, German).
