TL;DR

Senior Product Solutions Manager (B2B SaaS): Owning the onboarding and growth strategy for Employer and B2B Partner solutions with an accent on scalable onboarding frameworks and third-party integrations. Focus on streamlining self-service capabilities, managing the B2B Admin Portal, and implementing AI-driven automation to increase operational efficiency.

Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Hybrid in San Francisco (3 days/week) or Remote in New York City, Seattle, or elsewhere in the US.

Salary: $122,400 – $190,000

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap for Employer and Partner-facing solutions to improve activation and retention.
  • Strategically manage the integration framework for third-party B2B partners, such as wellness platforms and benefits aggregators.
  • Build scalable self-service onboarding capabilities to reduce the implementation burden on internal teams.
  • Manage the B2B Admin Portal, enabling clients to track usage trends and manage eligibility.
  • Develop engagement solutions, including automated email triggers and internal communications tools.
  • Implement AI-driven automation to streamline partner onboarding, data processing, and support workflows.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Program Management, or Sales Engineering.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or employee benefits/wellness platforms.
  • Track record of shipping client-facing dashboards, configuration systems, or API/SSO integrations.
  • Strong systems thinking for designing scalable, reusable onboarding frameworks.
  • Ability to balance enterprise client needs with long-term platform scalability.
  • Must permanently reside in the United States full-time.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with eligibility systems, data integrations, HIEs, or payer systems.
  • Experience supporting B2B enterprise onboarding workflows and platform UX.
