Salary: $173,400–$249,300 USD (Tiered based on location)

What you will do
- Define the vision and roadmap for enterprise governance, including permissions, roles, and admin workflows.
- Replace fragmented team-level toggles with a standard, unified permission model.
- Design manager experiences that provide control over team books, territories, and operating models.
- Ensure parity with enterprise CRM models like Salesforce to reduce deal friction.
- Collaborate across teams to turn complex, underbuilt layers into a durable platform.
- Measure success through enterprise ARR influence, seat count growth, and reduced deal friction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with full ownership from strategy through launch.
- Experience with GTM tooling such as Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-readiness, including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, and multi-tenant scoping.
- Strong systems thinking with a proven ability to consolidate fragmented surfaces into standard models.
- High agency and comfort working in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience owning identity, access, or governance products at enterprise scale.
- Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or working closely with IT/Security teams.
- Founder or builder experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for product validation.
