What you will do

• Lead the development and scaling of the commerce experience for complex franchise brands and international growth.
• Translate underlying technical capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy experiences for both operators and clients.
• Own the full transaction lifecycle from checkout through to financial reporting and accounting.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, shippable product increments.
• Use data and customer insights to measure performance and continuously improve the product gap.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in B2B or SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning consumer-facing flows end-to-end.
• Strong systems thinking ability to connect complex workflows across multiple personas.
• Experience managing the full transaction lifecycle and financial data surfaces.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience in vertical SaaS or platforms for the services industry.
