What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Platform, balancing AI-native innovation with existing system reliability.
• Define and champion the vision for AI-driven capabilities, translating them into a phased sequence of strategic bets.
• Build high-trust relationships with enterprise customers to align product evolution with professional marketer workflows.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to deliver AI features like send-time optimization and predictive segmentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 4–5 years of experience managing teams.
• Deep comfort working with data science and machine learning to design augmentation vs. automation workflows.
• Familiarity with MarTech, CRM, or messaging platforms (SMS, MMS, Push).
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with RCS, Mobile Wallet, or specific mobile engagement channels.
• Hands-on exposure to ML-driven features like recommendation systems or content personalization.
• Background serving retail, financial services, or hospitality industries.
