Global Manager, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

What you will do

• Lead the ERP function across corporate and legacy ERP systems, maintaining operational excellence.
• Support strategic enterprise applications projects and guide programs using standard methodologies.
• Lead and develop an engineering organization, including managers and technical teams.
• Build succession paths, manage team processes, and create growth opportunities.
• Oversee the implementation of processes and procedures in collaboration with IT business partners.
• Improve performance, efficiency, value, and cost effectiveness across ERP operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science, project management, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience leading engineering or applications teams at manager level or above.
• At least eight years of experience managing engineering SaaS delivery projects.
• At least 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Significant experience configuring, developing, and supporting Finance, GSC, and Warehousing modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Recent experience coordinating 10–20 engineers, business analysts, system administrators, and data analysts, along with strong communication and collaborative leadership skills.
