What you will do

• Lead the global ERP function to ensure operational excellence across corporate and legacy ERP systems.
• Manage and develop a team of 10-20 engineers, business analysts, system admins, and data analysts.
• Oversee strategic enterprise applications projects and the implementation of associated processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT business partners to interpret and disseminate project requirements.
• Develop succession paths and growth opportunities within the ERP organization.
• Drive performance improvements, reduce waste, and increase efficiencies through key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Significant experience configuring and supporting Finance, GSC, and Warehousing modules in D365 F&O.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering or applications teams at a manager level or above.
• 8+ years of experience managing engineering SaaS delivery projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship
