Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) - SAP

Location: Freshwater, Australia; routine travel required

hirify.global is a food company implementing SAP S/4 processes across the ANZ region.

What you will do

• Provide logistics subject matter expertise across SAP S/4 design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes, business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned with business needs.
• Participate in workshops and validate proposed process and system changes.
• Support issue and risk management, including escalation of process, data, and solution risks.
• Contribute to testing, change readiness, training inputs, communications, and adoption activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong logistics functional knowledge and experience with process improvement or project, transformation, or system initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting workshops, testing, training, or implementation activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a matrix environment.
• Ability to work in Freshwater, Australia and travel routinely.

Nice to have

• SAP, ERP, or large-scale system implementation experience.
