TL;DR
Executive Assistant (Design): Managing administrative and operational needs for VPs and their pillars to ensure organizational efficiency as the team scales with an accent on design operations and long-term planning. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY). Note: Role requires working PT hours.
Salary: $127,000 - $221,000 USD

What you will do
- Proactively manage VP calendars, business travel, and expenses.
- Act as a delegate for VPs for PO approvals and internal policy compliance.
- Partner with operations leadership to craft agendas and logistics for large-scale meetings.
- Identify and implement workflow optimizations to improve VP efficiency and company rhythms.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CDO's EA and leadership teams regarding design operations.
- Drive outcomes for complex internal problems and ensure cross-functional alignment on milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive support experience within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Ability to anticipate tradeoffs and make independent decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience providing upward feedback to leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, GCal, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Proven track record of trustworthiness and discretion with confidential information.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Affinity for AI and the ability to build creative workflows to improve efficiency.
- Interest in becoming an expert in the Figma product.
- Previous experience supporting technical or AI-focused teams.
