What you will do

• Lead HR planning, prioritization, and leadership engagement across the UK.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on organizational effectiveness and talent development.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll inputs, and performance reviews.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies in line with UK employment law.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as wellbeing programs and Diversity & Inclusion events.
• Prepare and present executive packs covering attrition themes and headcount trends.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Advanced degree in HR or CIPD certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits design.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Passion for employee engagement, DEI, and culture-building initiatives.
