What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to ensure strong retention, value delivery, and platform self-sufficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists and managers, defining clear goals and career growth paths.
• Oversee onboarding plans and platform adoption strategies to improve client performance.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring consistent adherence to processes and SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Services, Product, and Sales to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage commercial health, including contracts, forecasts, and delivery profitability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital media with deep expertise in Paid Social.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Must be based in New York, USA

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or DTC verticals.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or other paid media tech platforms.
• Cross-channel experience across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic and Amazon DSP/CTV.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML tools to media strategy and optimization.
