TL;DR

Senior Regional Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving pipeline growth and executing regional marketing programs across Asia Pacific with an accent on ABM, demand generation, and field marketing. Focus on aligning marketing activities with sales priorities, managing high-impact events, and localizing global messaging for the APAC market.

Location: Sydney, Australia (Must work side-by-side daily with the regional Sales leader)

What you will do

  • Translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant APAC programs to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Execute the regional ABM program, including account selection, messaging localization, and performance tracking.
  • Own the events calendar, managing logistics and vendor relationships for conferences and executive roundtables.
  • Localize global messaging and content for specific audiences, verticals, and buying personas within the region.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify advocacy opportunities and develop regional proof points.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget with clear ROI accountability and reporting cadence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or field marketing role covering APAC.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in partnership with enterprise Sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience in ABM strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Ability to travel across the region as required.
  • Overlap of working hours with California HQ expected.
  • Proficiency in Claude AI for daily productivity.
