What you will do
- Translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant APAC programs to drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Execute the regional ABM program, including account selection, messaging localization, and performance tracking.
- Own the events calendar, managing logistics and vendor relationships for conferences and executive roundtables.
- Localize global messaging and content for specific audiences, verticals, and buying personas within the region.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify advocacy opportunities and develop regional proof points.
- Manage the regional marketing budget with clear ROI accountability and reporting cadence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or field marketing role covering APAC.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in partnership with enterprise Sales teams.
- Hands-on experience in ABM strategy, execution, and measurement.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
- Overlap of working hours with California HQ expected.
- Proficiency in Claude AI for daily productivity.
