What you will do

• Build and align the ANZ area marketing strategy to meet sales organization needs and marketing priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales leadership to synchronize needs between sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create joint marketing plans that maximize pipeline and opportunity generation.
• Manage and own budget allocation and guidance for the assigned area.
• Identify and implement strategies for account penetration and new logo acquisition.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness to drive best practices and enhance performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, preferably within technology organizations.
• Extensive experience and a proven track record in the ANZ marketing landscape.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with seasoned sales organizations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills within a matrix organization.
