What you will do

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead stage to close, with a strong bias for follow-through.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, demonstrating how GenAI products solve real business problems.
• Drive proof-of-concept (POC) efforts in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts.
• Negotiate pricing, deal terms, and redline contracts in partnership with legal teams.
• Provide critical customer insights to product and engineering teams to inform the future roadmap.
• Help define and iterate on the company's sales playbook and GTM strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise customers.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
• Proven track record of building trust and relationships using empathy and curiosity.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, unstructured startup environments.
• Passion for generative AI and the ability to navigate a rapidly evolving industry.
