Director, FP&A (Digital Health)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the U.S. at the New York City office

Salary: $190,000–$210,000 annually

hirify.global develops AI Digital Twin technology for metabolic health, using data from continuous glucose monitors, smartwatches, and meal logs to support the prevention and management of chronic metabolic diseases.

What you will do

• Own GAAP and cash forecasting methodology, assumptions, and accuracy across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and multi-year horizons.
• Run the weekly reforecast process and deliver rigorous, timely, decision-ready outputs for senior leadership.
• Lead monthly finance reviews across P&L departments and sub-departments, holding owners accountable to financial commitments.
• Analyze and communicate variances against operating and board plans, developing gap-closing recommendations with functional leaders.
• Partner with Strategic Finance to incorporate strategic initiatives into the rolling forecast.
• Manage and develop the FP&A team and maintain the operating model for board and investor reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including ownership of a company-wide forecasting process in a growth-stage environment.
• Experience running weekly or biweekly reforecast processes and maintaining operational discipline.
• Deep GAAP accounting knowledge and the ability to translate financial statements into operational decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance reviews and communicating complex financial data to senior leadership and board audiences.
• People leadership experience, including managing analysts or direct reports.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Lightdash, or comparable business intelligence and data tools.
• Healthcare, digital health, or SaaS industry experience.
