TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $126K – $140K + Equity

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to lift performance through hands-on coaching and live call observation.
  • Identify and scale behaviors of top performers to raise the overall performance curve of the revenue team.
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding, ramp-up, and certification programs for new hires.
  • Evolve sales playbooks, messaging, and competitive positioning using AI tools to automate content creation.
  • Define and track success metrics that connect enablement activities to seller behavior and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (E-Verify company).
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, enablement, coaching, or front-line leadership within high-growth tech.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Data-driven approach to identifying performance gaps and measuring impact.
  • AI-forward mindset to increase coaching scale and effectiveness.
