Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, requirements, and roadmap for payment infrastructure initiatives.
  • Lead processor integration and certification processes from initial requirements through delivery.
  • Manage technical, compliance, and operational relationships with processors and card networks.
  • Monitor payment industry standards and emerging technologies to identify product opportunities.
  • Translate complex processor specifications and EMV standards into engineering-ready requirements.
  • Coordinate launch readiness, including testing, certification approvals, and release validation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in payments (5–10+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience managing payment infrastructure, processor integrations, and Level 3 card-present certifications.
  • Deep understanding of payment transaction flows, card networks, and processors.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks including PCI DSS and EMVCo.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into clear product requirements and user stories.
