What you will do

• Provide full-range fund accounting and administration services for private equity clients, including NAV preparation and review.
• Manage and train a team of Fund Accountants in service delivery and the NAV process.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth delivery and NAV completion.
• Review and approve fee schedules, management fees, and carried interest calculations.
• Oversee investor allocations, waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distribution wires.
• Ensure all AML requirements and organizational controls are strictly met.

Requirements

• University Degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in fund administration, with at least 6 years in a Private Equity role.
• Proven experience managing staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of PE fund structures and Waterfall fee calculations.
• 5+ years of experience with fund accounting software.
