TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Washington, DC)

Salary: $110,000 – $115,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Manage high-value strategic client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
  • Drive account growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Lead the renewal process and deliver results against monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts.
  • Conduct onsite needs and business impact analysis for accounts in the DC area.
  • Negotiate pricing for renewals and up-sells while collaborating with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Engage in high-level conversations regarding legislative and regulatory processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional sales and field account management experience in government or technology.
  • Knowledge of Capitol Hill offices, operations, and software.
  • Experience in account management or client success specifically with a SaaS product.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales, renewal, and retention goals.
  • Ability to lead in-person meetings and demos with C-Suite executives.
  • Must be based in or able to travel to client locations in the Washington, DC area.
