Salary: $80,000β$90,000 base + $40,000 variable

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client goals with platform solutions.
- Execute renewal motions in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Consult and strategize with clients to help grow their business using the platform.
- Conduct business reviews and strategic check-ins to drive ongoing value.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets tied to renewals and expansions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited university.
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS account management or a customer-facing role.
- Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Experience in the legal industry or selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or government entities.
