TL;DR

Regional Sales Leader (Water Treatment): Managing and growing RainSoft accounts in the North Atlantic US region with an accent on dealer onboarding and revenue growth. Focus on recruiting, hiring, and training outside sales representatives and conducting in-field sales presentations.

Location: Must be based in the North Atlantic region (NC, VA, WV, MD, PA, NJ, DE, NY, VT, CT, ME, MA, NH, & RI). Work from home when not traveling, with a requirement to travel a minimum of 26 weeks per year.

Salary: $118,400 - $219,900 / year

What you will do

  • Acquire and onboard new Rainsoft dealers and distributors across the North Atlantic region.
  • Consult with dealers to develop business models and grow regional revenue.
  • Conduct in-field training and perform in-home sales presentations for outside sales reps.
  • Collaborate with Home Depot managers to implement customer acquisition strategies.
  • Lead regional sales meetings, team calls, and conventions.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in direct home sales or residential water treatment sales management.
  • Strong background in recruiting, hiring, and training outside sales representatives.
  • Proven experience in lead generation for direct sales models.
  • Ability to understand and manage company P&L.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 26 weeks per year.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) preferred.
