What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of account managers and field service engineers.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key accounts and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with industrial clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate policies.
- Identify market trends and lead initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the North TX and ArkLaTx areas.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in refining, chemicals, or heavy industry.
- Strong technical background in industrial water treatment, specifically with boiler systems, cooling towers, or wastewater.
- Proven experience treating high-pressure boilers (1000+ PSI) or managing process-critical steam systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental Science preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the assigned area.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
