Salary: $102,130 - $149,776 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of account managers and field service engineers.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with industrial clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate policies.
  • Identify market trends and lead initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the North TX and ArkLaTx areas.
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in refining, chemicals, or heavy industry.
  • Strong technical background in industrial water treatment, specifically with boiler systems, cooling towers, or wastewater.
  • Proven experience treating high-pressure boilers (1000+ PSI) or managing process-critical steam systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental Science preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% within the assigned area.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
