Salary: $100,000–$110,000 base salary + commission target

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise occupiers (200-10,000+ employees).
- Generate pipeline via ABM-driven outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and existing customer relationships.
- Manage multi-stakeholder deals involving People, Operations, Finance, and IT leadership.
- Represent the product at industry conferences and execute end-to-end event outreach to convert contacts into pipeline.
- Develop territory and account plans targeting core US markets.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to refine positioning and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or marketplace sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas.
- Proven ability to close enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers.
- Experience selling to People, Operations, or Finance buyers at companies with distributed or hybrid workforces.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel for prospect meetings, conferences, and team events.
Nice to have
- Experience in flex workspace, commercial real estate, workplace technology, or T&E platforms.
- Existing relationships with commercial brokerage firms or occupier advisory teams.
- Familiarity with the IWMS and desk booking landscape.
- Understanding of enterprise procurement processes and IT/security vetting.
