Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Role can be attached to any office in the U.S., with New York, NY as a primary mention)
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 base salary + commission target

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for mid-market and enterprise occupiers with 200 to 10,000+ employees.
- Generate pipeline through ABM-driven outbound prospecting and leverage 's existing customer base and partner referrals.
- Lead complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders across People, Operations, Finance, and IT leadership.
- Position WorkCafe's workspace management tools as a replacement for fragmented flex workspace programs.
- Represent the brand at industry conferences, executing on-site demos and pre/post-event outreach.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and BDR teams to refine messaging and provide market intelligence for product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or marketplace sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quotas.
- Proven ability to prospect and close enterprise deals with multiple high-level decision-makers.
- Experience selling to People/Operations, Workplace, or Finance buyers within distributed or hybrid organizations.
- Must be based in the U.S. and willing to travel for prospect meetings and conferences.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience in flex workspace, commercial real estate, workplace technology, or T&E platforms.
- Existing relationships with commercial brokerage firms or occupier advisory teams.
- Familiarity with the IWMS and desk booking landscape.
- Experience working with growth-stage products within a larger enterprise platform.
